The villa is situated in the historic center of Chernomorets. It has been built in 1993. The hotel part of the house consists of two floors. On the second floor there are two apartments, which are offered, each of them contains two bedrooms, a living room and a toilet and a bathroom. One of the apartments offers a kitchen with an equipment.
