"Saint Vlas Residence" is situated at the foot of the mountain in the region of Intsaraki, 900 meters away from the center of Saint Vlas –sea and mountain are incredibly combined. Just next to it, is situated the natural reserve with its rare flora and fauna. The residence offers comfortable apartments with two bedrooms; living room and dining room; bathroom, toilet and laundries; wet rooms; kitchens equipped with fridge, oven, hot plates and dish-washing machine. Each apartment has air-conditioning, Internet connection and 32 inches LCD TV sets.
The two storey building is connected with dome in the upper part and an enormous terrace, equipped with summer kitchenette and barbeque. From here can be seen all the sea coast of Saint Vlas, Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The building has its own parking place and a swimming pool.
