The tavern of the hotel /90 seats/ is famous for its best cuisine in the area - traditional Bulgarian dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, fresh fish, and a great variety of red and white wines, maturing in a special wine cellar. All the dishes are prepared from original recipes thanks to the owner’s long-lasting experience in welcoming guests in his restaurants. The tavern offers different specialties on a pan, coals, barbeque, and exotic fish delicacies.

The tavern has a large summer terrace-garden for 200 people, suitable for different celebrations and events. The terrace is decorated with a waterfall and a lake with natural mountain water, where the guests can catch fish themselves.
