This newly built and opened in 2010 complex is located on a beautiful cape between the towns Byala and Obzor, where remains of an ancient village of more than 2000 years have been found, and offers a wonderful view to the sea. Vemara Club complex comprises a residential building with rooms and apartments and semi-detached villas. The road from the complex down to the sea goes after 300 m to a secluded, virgin beach and fisherman's port.

The base includes: a main restaurant, a sea view a la carte restaurant-terrace, three outdoor swimming pools, one of them with a children's section, a lobby bar, a sky bar, a pool- bar, a sports' playground, fitness gym, sauna, massage, kids' playground, kid's corner. There is a car park, free of charge, next to the hotel.

A professional animation team entertains the guests of the complex with a varied day and evening program for children and adults.
