Shipkata is a small hotel purched on one of the hills of Momchilovtsi with a gorgeous view of the village. It is a quiet place open year-round and run by a very nice family. Visiting the Shipkata tavern is a must - it is designed in a typical Rhodopian style with beautiful wood carvings and a large fireplace.
