The Villa has 3 bedrooms. One is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room beautifully tiled floors and walls with good lighting, mirror, wash basin and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a shower room with similar facilities. A travel cot is provided. There are two balconies and all rooms have balcony access. The bedrooms all have mirrors, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps, all colour co-ordinated bedlinen, blinds and lamps. The floors are natural wood. The windows are large and tinted to keep out the glare of the sun. Double Bed, 1 Cot, access to balcony Double - 1 Double Bed, access to balcony Twin - 2 Single Bed, access to balcony Outside: garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue, parking, 4 garden chairs, 4 beach chairs Swimming pools: outdoor pool, private pool Suitability: pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible, long term renters welcome, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, non smoking only, children welcome The Villa is situated in Balgarevo a village of mixed new and old dwellings. Nearby Cape Kaliakra has spectacular views across the bay and a lovely quiet sandy cove is within a couple of kms from the village. This is the real Bulgaria within a nature reserve area, ideal for birders and with donkey and carts loaded with local produce ambling along the narrow roads nearby. The village has a couple of good restaurants and a village square featuring a pretty fountain. Festivals are often held here. Only a couple of minutes drive will take you to the nearest town of Kavarna with a brand new supermarket and 40 mins drive will bring you to bustling Golden Sands and Albena resorts and Varna City. The Lovely harbour of Balchik has a good selection of restaurants along the sea front. A half hour drive to Dobrich which boasts an old town of little shops displaying local craft of pottery etc. and further north along the coast in Shabla are long stretches of deserted sandy beaches. Small sandy cove nearby. Cape Kaliakra nearby with wonderful views and stalls selling local craft, restaurant overlooking the sea. Nearby lovely fish restaurant built on the rocks that sell freshly caught mussels. Dolphins often seen from here. Several pretty restaurants in the village within walking distance selling traditional food. Roadside stalls selling natural honey, melons etc. Nearby town of Kavarna with good new supermarket. Fountain squares, child friendly with swings etc in pedestrian centre. Festivals during the summer. Drive to Balchik traditional fishing town - restaurants and music along the promenade. Wonderful atmosphere. Shabla within 15 mins drive with miles of deserted sandy beaches. Easy reach of Romanian border. Dobrich and Varna sell cheap leather goods including coats, handbags and boots. Traditional food and wine very cheap. Entertainment: - Long and short distance tours - Picnics - Bicycle rides - Fishing - Hunting - Golf - Swimming pools - Diving - Restaurants and cafes - Night clubs /Kavarna town/ Transport: - Option 1: Flight to Varna Air-port Taxi transfer – 40 Euro for 4 people - Option 2: Flight to Varna Air-port Rent-a-car - Option 3: Flight to Bourgas Air-Port Coach/Taxi/Rent-a-car transfer Distance to the village from: - Varna airport - 65 km. - Kavarna – 6 km. - Dobrich – 75 km. - Golf Courses - 10 km. |
