This lovely 3-bedroom villa is situated only two kilometers from the famous Resort – Golden Sands with its sandy beaches, restaurants, coffee bars, shops and summer entertainments.

The house is over three floors. The ground floor accommodates a living room with comfortable sofas, coffee table and fire place. TV set connected with Satellite using many English programs is available for the guests. A modern fully fitted kitchen /fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, hot plates, toaster, pottery/ and dining area with table and chairs are situated in the same open-plan room. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC.

A beautiful wooden stairs leads to the second floor where two of the bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms are with single beds which can be connected to a double bed for couples. The master bedroom has a perfect view to the garden and the sea. Linens and towels are provided. A small bathroom with shower and WC is servicing the floor. French doors in the corridor are leading to the outside patio. The third floor is an attic, detached with its own outside entrance and compares one bedroom with single beds and balcony.
Outside, in the private garden, there is a patio with BBQ and summer dinning area on the back. Chaise-lounges are available for sun batting in the garden surrounded with beautiful blooming bushes and wonderful sea view. There is also a secured parking space in the property.
