Family Holiday Ltd. is owner of a block №4 building in the new modern vacation complex ELITE 3 in SUNNY BEACH – Bulgaria, the most famous resort in the Bulgarian seaside.
The ElITE 3 Holiday Village is located in the southwest part of the SUNNY BEACH Resort Complex. It covers an area of 6,274 sq. m, where nine groups of buildings are allocated on.
The Elite 3 town-planning solution allows supervision of outer persons' entry and motor vehicle access. There is a zone of recreation in the complex inner parts - there are pools, alleys and plantings, restaurant, bar, shops etc. Very close is the bay area and the sea – app. 300 m from the complex.
My Travel company and lots of already visiting tourists have the information and impression about the other two Holiday Villages – Elite 1 and Elite 2, built in common style.
Additional interest could be the possibility of organizing a dental services at the complex area, which are low priced compared to European standards.
We offer block №4 for contracting. If there is an interest, we could offer and manage more studios and apartments at the same complex, equipped as above.
