Villa Binny 1 and Binny 2 are situated in the centre of "St. Constantine and Elena" in 300 m away from the sea and the beach, very wear to the Grand Hotel "Varna" and offer high-class conditions for a full and active relaxation. Nearby there are small coquet restaurants, groceries, swimming pools, tennis-courts and many other pleasant facilities.

Villa Binny 1 is two-storey high, perfect for a family vacation. On the first floor there's a small apartment – two-person-plus-one bed formation, cable TV,  kitchen box with kitchen utensils, air-conditioned and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two separate rooms again with a two person- plus one bed formation, with an air-conditioned in each room.  There's one bathroom for the floor.
On floor 1 there's the dining room with soft cozy furniture, and cable TV. From the dining room there's a passage to a luxurious marble terrace, in front of which one sees a coquet English garden perfect for child play and sun-bathing.
The full capacity of the  villa is 8-9 persons.

Villa Binny 2 is fully self-operating and combines 2 rooms chambers – each with a separate entrance, terrace, bathroom, kitchen box, fridge, cable TV. Capacity – until 7 beds in all.

The booking is done after 20 /twenty/ percent of the total price advance payment in cash/bank. Within a week after receiving the bank transfer you will receive by e-mail a copy-voucher confirming your accommodation in our villa. The rest of the amount will be paid one week before your arrive. If you cancel the reservation the advance payment is not refundable.
