Hotel "Elitsa" is located in the resort complex Pamporovo, to the south of the top Snejanka, 1700 m altitude in the age-old pine-trees and sprus forests, 10 km north of town Smolyan.
The mountain climate is under the marked influence of the Mediterranean, the winter is snowy and open, without long spell of cold weather, the summer is cool and humid and the autumn – long and warm. The mountain wind is reason for negative ionization of the air in the region.
